REGISTRATION DEADLINE is March 2nd!

Registration is $350 for (2) 15.5G kegs or $550 for (2) 15.5G kegs + (2) Sixtels of one type of VIP RARE Beer. To accept your invitation please register HERE by March 2nd.

Spots are limited and will be awarded on a first come first served basis. 

In exchange you receive:

• Admission for 2 Brewery Reps to the Maui Brewers Festival (Saturday, May 16^th)
• Admission for 2 Brewery Reps to the Brewers Welcome Party at Maui Brewing Co. (Friday, May 15^th)
• (2) Maui Brewers Festival logo hats, (2) tasting glasses and lanyards
• CO2, trained servers to serve your beer, cleanup your booth, etc.
• Payment for your beer – after the event you may invoice Maui Arts & Cultural Center for up to, but NOT EXCEEDING, $350 (if you brought 2 beers), or $550 (if you brought 3 beers). Any amount billed over $350 (if you brought 2 beers), or $550 (if you brought 3 beers) will be considered a donation and a charitable tax deduction letter will be given for the amount of the difference.

LOGISTICS

• MAINLAND BREWERIES WITHOUT HAWAII DISTRIBUTOR:

  Shipping: **Shipping instructions coming soon. We will notify you when these have been updated. 

• Set up: Brewery reps will be responsible for setting and hooking up your own kegs to jockey box provided for you at the event. Please arrive no later than 1PM to set up the jockey box and make sure that your beer is pouring properly. We will have techs on site to assist with any issues.

   

• HAWAII BREWERIES WITHOUT HAWAII DISTRIBUTOR:

  Shipping: For our Hawaii Breweries without Hawaii distribution, Maui Brew Co. has generously offered to ship (2) Maui Brew Co. kegs to your island port. Brewers are responsible for pick-up of empty kegs from island port, filling kegs, as well as the cost and coordination of shipping filled kegs back to Maui Brew Co., arriving on or before May 1^st. Maui Brew Co. will deliver kegs to and pick up from festival.

   

  Set up: Brewery reps will be responsible for setting and hooking up your own kegs to jockey box provided for you at the event. Please arrive no later than 1PM to set up the jockey box and make sure that your beer is pouring properly. We will have techs on site to assist with any issues.

• ALL BREWERIES WITH HAWAII DISTRIBUTOR:

  Shipping: Shipping of all festival beer will be handled through your Hawaiian Distributor.

  Return cooperage: Your Hawaii Distributor will be responsible for picking up jockey boxes and your kegs after 7PM on May 16^th, as well as the cost and coordination of return cooperage.

  Invoice payment: Please coordinate with your distributor to invoice the MACC for up to, but NOT EXCEEDING, $350 (if you brought 2 beers) or $550 (if you brought 3 beers). Any amount billed over $350 (if you brought 2 beers), or $550 (if you brought 3 beers) will be considered a donation and a charitable tax deduction letter will be given for the amount of the difference.

   

  Set up: YOUR DISTRIBUTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AND SET UP YOUR JOCKEY BOX ON EVENT DAY. Please coordinate with your distributor to drop-off, set-up and hook-up kegs on May 16^th BEFORE 12:30PM. Brewery reps should arrive at least one hour before the event begins in order to check that your beers are being dispensed the way you wish them to be.

   

  THE FUN STUFF

• BREWERS WELCOME PARTY! Friday, May 15^th at Maui Brewing Co. 4-6 PM

  2 brewery reps are invited at no charge. If you'd like to request additional passes, please reach out to Sarah@MauiArts.org and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. 

   
• MAUI BREWERS FESTIVAL! Saturday, May 16^th at Maui Arts & Cultural Center, 2-7 PM

Please arrive at least one hour before the event begins in order to check that your beers are being dispensed the way you wish them to be. Brewery reps will NOT be permitted behind their booth once the event begins. Maui County law states that only Maui County liquor card holders may pour beer during the event. You will be welcome to stand next to your booth and to engage with patrons about your brewery.
