Before you Arrive

There are no physical tickets to the event this year—all guests will be checked in individually by name.

We want to make it as easy and seamless as possible for you and your guests!

Use the RSVP link sent to you after purchase—or the one provided by your table host—to register yourself as an attendee and pre-register your credit card information. Prefer not to pre-register your card? No problem—just bring your card with you and register at check-in to participate in the silent and live auctions.

 

Arrival Details

Parking will be available in the MACC main lot as well as at the University of Hawai‘i Maui College (UHMC).Please proceed to the Gallery Gate entrance, where you’ll be greeted with a lei.

 

Check-In & Registration

Check in at one of the registration booths by giving your name and the name of your group. If you or your guests did not provide a credit card during online registration, you will be asked to do so at check-in. No charges will be made at that time. The card simply enables you to participate in the silent auction, live auction, or Raise the Paddle portions of the evening.

 

📌 Reminder: This year’s auction is in-person only, so all bidding must happen during the event.
